Shopping Instructions

1. When you see an item you like, click on it to get product details.
2. If you'd like to purchase it or even just think about it some more, click on the Add button, which will add it to your Shopping Cart.
3. You may continue shopping by selecting items and adding them. Each time you add an item you'll see the message "Item added to your shopping cart." on the top of the screen.
4. Finished shopping? Simply click on the "Checkout" icon under your Shopping Bag to view your order summary. (don't worry, you can always go back and add or delete any item ).
5. Remember to click on the Refresh Display button whenever you make any changes.
6. Then click on Checkout Now. You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online.
7. You will then be asked if the item or items are shipping to Texas? If you select Yes than the appropiate sales tax will be added, if No is selected than no sales tax will be figured on your purchase. Choose the method of payment,Credit Card Online,Check or Money Order, etc. Fill in all required fields and proceed with checkout.
8. Confirm your billing information. Select your Billing Method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) from the drop down menu and enter your credit card number.
9. If everything looks good, simply hit the "Submit Secure Order" button and we'll get your order on its way. Please allow 8-10 weeks to arrive depending locale.You will be contacted when your furniture is ready to be delivered. You can also check status of your order by email.Be sure and include your order number. You will receive 2 order numbers, one when the order is sent online and one you receive from us directly by email when we confirm your order. Use the last one for order status.
10. Within one hour of submitting your order, you should receive an email that confirms we've received your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
